This season the Lakers will have a lottery draft pick for the first time since the 2005 draft. Here is a look at the four best options to help the team rebuild:

1. Joel Embiid HT 7-0 WT 250: He is a 19-year-old center who plays for Kansas. He has only been playing organized basketball for a few years due to growing up in Cameroon but he has shown the ability to learn very quickly. He is considered to have the most upside of any player in the draft.

2. Andrew Wiggins HT 6-8 WT 200: The 18-year-old shooting guard was hailed as the next Lebron coming out of highschool and has struggled to live up to that standard but has phenomenal athleticism and talent. He recently had one of the best games in Kansas' history

3. Jabari Parker HT 6-8 WT 241: The 18-year-old small forward has a game very similar to Carmelo Anthony. Both players are jump shooters and rely on their size rather than athleticism. He projects as a good scorer and rebounder at the NBA level

4. Dante Exum HT 6-6 WT 188: The 18-year-old point guard is from Australia so he has not been tested against high-level competition. However, he has all the physical tools to become an all-star point guard. Also, he has stated that he wants to play for the Lakers.
